Discovering EFT was like finding a magic wand that transformed my own overwhelming stress into profound resilience.
A few years ago, I was completely overwhelmed by a work situation. After I came across EFT in a study about (stress?), I found a practioner to try it out.
After two sessions, I felt in control again. I was blown away by the power of what I experienced.
Now, I share this powerful tool to help others find their own peace and healing.
Alongside EFT, I integrate Matrix Reimprinting, Shamanism, visualization, meditation, nutrition, fasting, and more—drawing on my personal experience to guide and support you fully.

How does EFT work?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) – or Tapping is a science-backed technique that combines gentle tapping on 12 meridian endpoints.
It's similar to acupressure but adds focused conversations about negative emotions.
EFT is a quick and effective way of releasing negative feelings and reducing stress. It’s so simple it can be learned by anyone in minutes!
Combining traditional talk therapy with a gentle tapping pressure, EFT quickly calms the limbic system, a part of our brain that responds to fear.
